
Laura Wilson brings healing to pregnant and postpartum moms through prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, and Nurtured Waves Wellness: delivering postpartum reiki and nourishing meals to those in the 4th trimester. After many years of dedicated asana practice and Kundalini, she received her RYT 200 in early 2020 from the Tamal Dodge School of Yoga. In 2021, the journey into motherhood became a catalyst to deepen her personal practice as well as desire to bring healing work towards pregnancy and postpartum mothers. She has since become certified in Prenatal and Postnatal yoga, Yoga Nidra, and is also a Reiki Level II practitioner. Laura is honored to cultivate a deeper sense of empowerment, peace, and connection within her students and clients.
